
ABOUT OTCOACHING
OTCoaching is a leading resource in Lifestyle Design. Created in 2019 and consistently in the works by its Founder, Oksana (me!), OTCoaching helps people feeling stuck in a rut, lacking confidence, and constantly hitting the same road blocks, overcome their self-sabotaging behaviours and lead their lives with purpose and direction. I, your coach, will provide you the resources, support, and accountability you need to achieve your goals. This will be done using Strategy and Science, more specifically, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neurolinguistic Programming, Goal Setting Strategy, and good ol’ Discipline. Together, we’ll focus on 4 major pillars. Pillar 1 : Mindset Mastery Pillar 2: Habit Automation Pillar 3: Structured Planning Pillar 4: Support and Accountability
WHAT'S MY WHY?
So, why do I do it? I’m sure you’ve heard it many times over in the personal development world, ‘I want to make a difference’. That, I absolutely do. However, my motive behind my work goes much deeper than that. I’m a firm believer that it’s all our responsibility and due diligence to unlock our truest potential. The very fact that you’re reading this right now proves to me that you know there’s something very important deeply rooted within you. My ‘why’ is so that you can embrace and thrive in that very purpose to furthermore positively impact the world you are in. You are my why. I could give you my sappy story of the loss I’ve faced in life, and I have surely faced a great deal. Loss of self, loss of people, loss of self-worth, loss of meaning. But that’s not what this is about. In all of the loss you have faced in your life so far, you have gained MUCH more. And that is exactly what you will discover working with OTCoaching.
