Your coach is your listening ear, accountability partner, guide, mentor, cheerleader, navigator, and APPOINTMENT. Your coach ensures you show up for YOU every time you meet and follow through with your commitments that line up with the lifestyle you've actively chosen to work towards. I want to be there for you, but more than anything, I want to help YOU be there for you. Throughout working together, we'll be using strategically based and scientifically proven methods commonly used in personal development, leadership training, and therapy.
